Resolved

Previously reported MMS ans SMS degradation in delivery towards Verizon Wireless network, United States has been resolved. Traffic is now being delivered in a timely manner. We will continue to monitor the connection with the MNO to ensure no further issues are observed.

We are writing to inform you that we are currently observing a general degradation in message delivery toward the following network:
Verizon Wireless affecting MMS SC and 10DLC delivery and SMS SC.

Currently 10DLC and SC traffic towards this network for MMS is experiencing general degradation in message delivery.

Additionally, SMS SC is experiencing general degradation in message delivery.

We are currently investigating the issue and working with MNO to restore normal service as soon as possible. Currently, there is no estimated resolution time
