Please be informed that we are experiencing service degradation across multiple networks in Nigeria.

- 9mobile (ex. Etisalat) network: SMS & USSD

- Glo Mobile (Globacom Ltd) network: SMS

You may experience irregular SMS message delivery with inconsistent delivery times and degradation in requesting USSD short codes on the specified networks. Our dedicated engineering team is working with the MNOs to resolve the issue. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

Previously reported degradation in SMS delivery towards MTN Network, Nigeria has been resolved. Traffic is now being delivered in a timely manner. We will continue to monitor the connection with the MNO to ensure no further issues are observed.

SMS - You may experience irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery times while sending towards the specified network.
USSD - You may have experienced degradation in requesting USSD short codes.
