We experienced temporary processing degradation over voice services towards Multiple networks, in Chile with our Voice Partner WOM within the following time frame:

Start: 25th March 2026 at 19:10 UTC
End: 25th March 2026 at 19:20 UTC

We will continue to monitor the connection with the MNO to ensure no further disruptions of connectivity or call quality are observed.
