Resolved

Previously reported voice service degradation towards multiple Kenya networks has been resolved. The remaining SMS degradations are still present for traffic towards the specified network. Current impact:

SMS - Irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery times towards Safaricom network

Update

This is to inform you that the previously reported concern has expanded. Currently we are experiencing degradation over multiple channels towards multiple networks in Kenya. Here is the current situation:

Voice - Degradation towards multiple Kenya networks.
SMS - Degradation towards Safaricom network, Kenya.

Our dedicated engineering team is working with the MNOs to resolve the situation at hand, we will post updates as new information is available.
