Resolved

Previously reported Short Code degradation in delivery towards Clearsky network, United States has been resolved. Traffic is now being delivered in a timely manner. We will continue to monitor the connection with the MNO to ensure no further issues are observed.

We are writing to inform you that we are currently observing a general degradation in message delivery toward the following network: Clearsky affecting Short Code delivery.

Currently SC traffic towards this network is experiencing delayed delivery times while sending towards the specified network. Please note that 10DLC and TFN traffic remains unaffected.

We are currently investigating the issue and working with MNO to restore normal service as soon as possible. Currently, there is no estimated resolution time
