The reported case continues in 'Degraded Performance' status due to the long duration incidents . Our dedicated engineering team continues to push the MNOs for resolvement of the incident and we will post update as soon as new information has been received.

Cause and Reason: Bangladesh's Government extending nationwide curfew and internet ban.

Update

The reported case has been moved to 'Degraded Performance' status due to the incidents long duration. Our dedicated engineering team continues to push the MNOs for resolvement of the incident and we will post update as soon as new information has been received.

Cause and Reason: On-going issues within the Khawaja Tower datacenter as majority of physical links is burned due to fire.

We're currently experiencing SMS delivery and Voice processing degradation towards all Bangladesh carriers since 18.7.2024. 12:15 UTC due to on-going issues within the Khawaja Tower datacenter as majority of physical links is burned due to fire.
