Resolved

Previously reported degradation in RCS delivery towards AT&T Mobility network, United States has been resolved. Traffic is now being delivered in a timely manner. We will continue to monitor the connection with the MNO to ensure no further issues are observed.

We are writing to inform you that we are currently observing a general degradation in message delivery toward the following network: AT&T Mobility

RCS messages sent to this network may experience delivery delays, intermittent failures or inconsistent delivery times.

We are currently investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as soon as possible. Currently, there is no estimated resolution time
