Resolved

Previously reported degradation over multiple channels towards Brazil has been resolved. Details are as follows:

VOICE - intermittent call disconnects or call failures
SMS - irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery times

We will continue to monitor the connection with the MNOs to ensure no further issues are observed.

We are experiencing degradation over multiple channels towards Brazil. Affected channels and impact is:

VOICE - intermittent call disconnects or call failures
SMS - irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery times
