This is to inform you that the reported SMS degradation towards specified Indian networks and circles has been resolved.

Unfortunately the processing degradation over voice services towards multiple networks in India remains present. You may experience intermittent call disconnects or call failures.

Our dedicated engineering team continues to work with the MNO to resolve the situation at hand; we will post update as new information is available.

We are experiencing degradation over multiple channels towards multiple networks in India. Affected channels and impact is:

Voice - Intermittent call disconnects or call failures

SMS - irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery time towards:
- Mumbai (Vodafone & Airtel)
- Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Kolkata (Reliance Jio)

Our dedicated engineering team is working with the MNOs to resolve the situation at hand, we will post update as new information is available.
