Resolved

Previously reported degradation in SMS and MMS delivery towards AT&T Mobility network, United States has been resolved. Traffic is now being delivered in a timely manner. We will continue to monitor the connection with the MNO to ensure no further issues are observed.

We are writing to inform you that we are currently observing a general degradation in message delivery toward the following network: AT&T Mobility affecting Short Code delivery in SMS. MMS is experiencing delays for both Short Code and 10DLC.

Currently SC traffic towards this network for SMS and MMS is experiencing delays on delivery for some messages, MMS is also presenting issues for 10DLC. Please note that 10DLC and TFN traffic remains unaffected in the case of SMS.

We are currently investigating the issue and working with MNO to restore normal service as soon as possible. Currently, there is no estimated resolution time
